Spring 2007 Horse Campers
A record number of children celebrated the arrival
of Spring and a week off from school at our Annual Spring Vacation Horse Camp.
In addition to daily riding lessons the campers enjoyed many other fun
and educational “horsey” activities.
The
week culminated with an awards ceremony where each participant was recognized
for their accomplishments.

Our horse camp is as much fun
for us as it will be for you! We know you will love spending time
at Equine Blvd. horseback riding, swimming, hiking, meeting new friends
and learning while playing.
Our Camp Program is for
students between the ages of 6 and 16. All sessions run Monday -
Friday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. Students should pack a lunch and
bring a drink. Camper should also plan on wearing riding clothes
(Long pants/shoe with heel) and if they would like to bring a change of
clothes that is also recommended, however always bring appropriate clothes
and shoes (no sandals)!
Make sure you bring a
bathing suit, lots to drink,
sunscreen and a visor
or hat.

During
the third week of August, fourteen young horse enthusiasts gathered at
Equine Blvd. for the final week of horse camp.
Throughout the week the campers acquired all sorts
of knowledge and experience. Each day they groomed and tacked up their horse and
participated in riding lessons and trail rides.
Highlights of the week included a show jumping
demonstration by Holly Francia-Kiss and a camp “horse show” in which they
could show their new skills and earn a Ribbon!
All had a great time making new friends
- human and equine!
