Spring 2007 Horse Campers
A record number of children celebrated the arrival
of Spring and a week off from school at our Annual Spring Vacation Horse Camp.
In addition to daily riding lessons the campers enjoyed many other fun
and educational “horsey” activities.
The
week culminated with an awards ceremony where each participant was recognized
for their accomplishments.

wins again:
Dallas-McKayla Thompson at just 14
years of age, riding her horse "Sweet Baby James" wins the jumper
championship at the Mt. Holyoke College Riding for Agawam's own Equine Blvd.
Dallas and Sweet Baby James also cruised to Victory winning the H.B.O. Medal
Class and the Reserve Championship at the Pines in Glastonbury on Sat the
13th.
Congratulations from Equine
Blvd. to D.J. and Gina on their grand prix win in Wellington, Florida on
February 18th. from a field of 70 horses.
Dallas
Thompson had the honor of participating in the George Morris Jumper clinic
held at the Massachusetts Equine Affaire.
The thirteen year old equestrienne and her imported Hanoverian gelding,
“ Equine Blvd’s Sweet Baby James” learned some valuable tips to improve
their performance.
Mr. Morris was impressed by their current skills and their future
potential. Mr. Morris is the chef d’equipe for the USEF Show Jumping Team, as
well as
other responsibilities for the USEF.
He is the President of the Show Jumping Hall of Fame.
He holds clinics and judges major shows as his schedule permits.
On
December 17 students, their family and friends of Equine Blvd
gathered for the annual Holiday party.
The weather was crisp and clear and
attendees enjoyed food,
games, good company, and of course, Horses!
Even Santa Claus dropped in fir a visit!

a recent outing Jillian Sipperly and her Pinto "Apple Of My Eye"
captured a Blue in Hunter Pleasure.
Dallas
McKayla Thompson of Agawam and her imported Hanoverian "Equine Blvd's Sweet
Baby James" were in the ribbons in several Hunter over Fences and Flat
Classes.
